Villa Capri is a spacious two bed roomed self-catering apartment, situated in Mouille Point, within walking distance from the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.A golf course, Virgin Active Gym and tennis courts are located behind the apartment.A few minutes drive to the bikini beaches of Clifton, and many bars and restaurants on the Camps Bay promenade, Table Mountain and city centre. The promenade stretches along the beachfront, and is great for rollerblading, jogging or a sunset stroll.

The villa is well recommended by the many guests that have stayed who enjoy the convenience, lovely fresh sea breeze, walking on the promenade and enjoying the magnificent views across the sea to Robben Island.

• Rates are quoted unit per night in South Africa Rand and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.
• CapeLuxuryRentals.com reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time without prior notice.
• The owners and management of CapeLuxuryRentals.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the
property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the unit.
• Booking confirmation & payment: a 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and full prepayment 60 days prior
arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.
• Credit Cards: the following credit cards are accepted - Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express.
• Reservations are subjected to terms and conditions on check-in.

Please note that, effective from 15 November 2010, all agent bookings will require the full STO prepayment prior to guests check-in.
Standard Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is 11h00 on the day of departure.

We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you would like guarantee an early arrival or a late departure an additional half day's rental must be charged per occurence (as we block the property for the preceding or following night).

We have an early or late check in fee of R300.00 for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00.  This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival, but if this is not suitable we can invoice you for it.

Cancellation Policy

Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays no cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the room.
Refunds, if agreed, is subject to a 10% administration fee.
