      This luxury 3 bedroom apartment in Clifton has incredible 180-degree views over Clifton beaches and the Atlantic Ocean with its beautiful sunsets.

      Clifton Court Views is a sleek, upmarket apartment tastefully decorated in dark wood, biscuit-coloured soft furnishings and fresh white shutters on all the large glass doors that open onto the large, front balcony.

      The balcony is a wonderful place for to relax with breathtaking views of the ocean or enjoy a social drink while watching a memorable Cape Town sunset.

      World famous Clifton Second beach is approximately one minute walk away.
      The light and airy main bedroom has wonderful sea and mountain views as well as direct access to the front balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. An additional two double bedrooms, located at the back of the apartment, share a second bathroom with bath and shower.

      There is a back courtyard that leads off the kitchen with a dining table and chairs for relaxed, sheltered, alfresco dining. The stylish, dark wood finished kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances.

      Clifton Court Views is excellent value for money considering the sought-after Clifton location and the spacious indoor and outdoor areas.

      Please Note: This apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 5, due to the wide spacing between the balcony rails.

      Passports South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!

      All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates are deemed to be a cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.
